My son loved to go here for daycare. He was in the Dolphins classroom and the teachers were great.

I have experienced quite a few daycares with both my kids but this one is by far the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and fun i have seen. The staff is phenomenal and the changes that have been made recently have upped the experience by even far more than my expectations. I am beyond thankful for everything they do for my son.

Mrs.Tiffany is really great with my daughter she loves all of them but when I pick her up she is always talking about her teacher. Mrs. Maria is also another teacher that my daughter it excited to see when we see her she has to give her a big hug.

SHBD is a very beautiful early learning center for kids and I’m very happy to have my daughter learning with them. Each day during pickup my daughter is always smiling and happy that tells me she had a beautiful day with the teachers and staff.Thank you for your service to this community

My experience with small hands and big dreams has been nothing but receptive and great. I enrolled mygrandson there in aug 2023 After I Became his guardian. Change is always difficult for adults, but for a young child, it can be very traumatic. . Right from the start, his teacher, Miss Judy, and others Have assessed his needs and And have always kept me informed. Because of his wonderful introduction to his class, he has adjusted well and continues to learn in the wonderful environment I would recommend small hands in big dreams learning center to anyone I spoke to . And I thank all of the Administration for making such a smooth transition these past few months., when they deemed change was necessary..

I love this center! They have been amazing with my granddaughter and I also love that they have the PB app to watch what’s happening at the center! I do wish they would have kept some of the old staff though as there were many good ones there that has been replaced! That I don’t like

My daughter started here a few months ago. She had previously been at another center where she experienced something horrific. She was very nervous starting a new school with new friends and new teachers, that she didn't even know if she could trust because her only school experience was a bad one. I have to say, I am not just being biased because I work here, because I worked at the other facility my daughter went to as well. The way these teachers care and welcomed my daughter with open arms, and made her feel welcomed and feel like she can trust a caregiver again, is absolutely incredible. The staff, the training, the administration, all have been better than I have ever experienced myself at another facility. Despite a few of the bad reviews here on Google, that was in the past. The owner is very active and came in and worked very hard to make this facility what it is today! There is a lot of kind-heartedness, compassion, dedication and trustworthiness with everyone my daughter and I have encountered here. What means the most to me is that they took the time with my daughter and made her love school again and she can't wait to get back to SHBD every morning. I can never say in words how much our transition to SHBD has meant to my family! We love it here!

My daughter just started at SHBD today. I was very anxious to get her started but my perspective changed when I took her to the center , she was so excited and the teachers really made it easy for her to interact . I love the mobile app that lets us see the kids in their class. She's been so happy ever since the dad picked her up and that matters a lot to me. The staff are amazing !!

Update: Receiving an apology since I’ve wrote a review is disturbing. The previous employees argument in the case was that your center does not offer proper training. I can’t speak on the center since my children left last December. That worker was still in the room with my son when I arrived and we were told by the Director that she was not going to fire her due to being short staffed. I got a call later that evening that the office decided to fire her after the police report was made. However, as stated before, I was told she would not be fired due to being short staffed. My review is to simply warn and make parents aware of this incident when deciding on a child care center for their children. My now 2 year old son was abused at this daycare last December (2022). I was checking on my son via the camera access they give and one of the daycare workers was abusing my son. I called the director immediately as I was rushing to get out of work to pick him up and she told me she would go down and check on him. When I arrived to pick him up she told me she didn’t go down there because she didn’t want accuse the worker without reviewing the footage (mind you the cameras are directly in front of her in the office). My son was still in the room with the lady who abused him upon arriving. This was the last day he attended. I asked her what she was going to do regarding this and she said “We are short staff so we can’t fire her” I immediately filed a police report and they went to the center. Once they went the daycare that’s when they decided they would fire her. After half a year going through court she was charged with child abuse. These are horror stories you hear about and hope never happen to you and I am so sad that my son had to go through this. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We started bringing our son to SHBD at the beginning of August of this year. Over the course of the few months, my two year old talks about all the friends he has made (and their class pet) and all the fun stuff he did that day. He will even ask on weekends when he can go to school again. Miss Kaitlyn and Miss Kiera, as well as the whole staff, are very attentive to the kids and genuinely care about their needs.
