Today I spoke to the owner Ron of the UPS store and he was nice enough to assist me with my mailbox, I would recommend this store for all your shipping needs and great customer service.

The woman at the front desk is rude. We're here every 2 weeks and even when you say Hello, she doesn't greet customers. Almost makes you feel like you are inconveniencing the worker by asking for help.
Most of the time we just run in, drop off at the self service, luckily.
