I would leave a 0 if I could. I called last week asking if she could help with a bridesmaids dress that is too long. I explained that it needed to be done for a wedding on 5/3, knowing that this was short notice (the dress didn’t come in until last week). I was assured that it could be done, and was asked to come in this morning. When I arrived the woman said she couldn’t help me and said she hoped I could find someone else. When I asked why, she said I should have come last week. I asked why she scheduled me if she didn’t think she could do it, and she just said that she hoped I could find someone else.

Excellent seamstress and tailoring services. I had taken in 3 dresses that were too large and needed to take in by 1.5 inches on each side (because of weight loss). Each finished dress turned out beautifully, One dress is every day style and the other two are formal styles.
Zula is extremely kind. Her work is beautiful.
Call ahead with a description of what type of service you need, she has you come in and try on, measures and marks. Then will ask when the garment(s) are needed by. Zula will give you a call when the item(s) are ready for pick, she will have you try them on a second time.
I would definitely recommend Zulas Custom Tailoring.

Genuinely the best customer service experience I have ever had. Gave her a tough job and asked a lot of her and she beyond exceeded my expectations and did it very quickly as well, at a more than reasonable price. Sweetest woman I have ever met and so very talented and great at what she does. I will be recommending her work for any and all tailoring jobs for as long as she is working.

I recently purchased a gorgeous lambskin leather jacket, and after wearing it a few times, realized I'd really love to have an interior pocket for my phone.I more than trusted Zula's with adding the pocket. Persa immediately found a sturdy fabric to build the pocket from, we measured out the dimensions, and a few days later....voila! I highly recommend using Zula's for any of your alteration needs! The owner is the most kind hearted woman I have ever met, and she truly is master of her craft. What a sweet & wonderful lady - AND, fantastic tailor! Perfection… she’s really really good.. I split my jeans down the middle of my right calf - I can’t believe how she made it look like it never happened. ? very reasonable prices. Off the beaten path, gives that homey feel. Definitely bring your alterations here.
