Bought fuel, drinks and snacks, because the load was being delayed, and we couldn't move. It's 32° out, and getting colder, so I sat inside eating my snacks in the driver's area. Was told by management that I HAD TO LEAVE, WASN'T CONCERNED OF THE COLD WEATHER OUTSIDE, and basically didn't care. This place we use on a regular basis, BOTH DRIVER AND ESCORTS.....WELL, after today....NOT EVER AGAIN!!!

Not friendly.
Chased drivers from the driver lounge area on a cold day. What is the point of a truck stop?
To give drivers a rest from conditions.
Not good practice.

This place could use an actual restaurant of some sort and definitely a cat scale for the trucks, bet they’d rake in a ton of money then 🤷♀️.

OK truck parking, it's a dusty lime lot for about 10 to 15 trucks. No pump DEF. Definitely needs to update the store into a real deli and pizza place or diner. Perfect spot for a small mom and pop diner. Would probably get more business. Would be great for that. Bryan is a busy little city, with a lot to offer, but Truckers can't get into the restaurants and places to eat due to the roads and streets being narrow and restricted.
