Started out ok until the moron in the office came out and didn't have a clue. You should probably promote the brown haired young lady and get rid of the rude, stupid wanna be thief that says she's smart and runs all the stores.

Absolute worst service ever, by the most unprofessional employees. After being told by Maria that we could trade in our phones to upgrade and keep our numbers, etc…. And only cost us XX amount bc she knew I didn’t want to spend a lot out of pocket that day (as I went in there for an accessory as I was originally going with a new, different provider). I asked if I could go home to speak this over with my husband and she said yes, absolutely. So when I came back in a couple days later, for one, she didn’t even remember me (and she’s in sales??), and two, and kept telling me it would be like $750 for one phone. That is wayyyyyyy off from the original price she first quoted me. So as I’m trying to explain to her that she had just quoted me something completely different two days ago, a gentleman with bright pink (found out he’s the manager) hair walks in the store and says “what’s going on, why is she still here?”. I try to explain but he just talks over me the entire time, looks at some piece of paper and says “yeah to get this X phone it’ll be $750 or this X phone it’ll be $950.” I tried to explain to him I was just quoted something completely different by the lady next to him and he could’ve care less. Very unprofessional and rude the entire time!

Kate was amazing I came in because ky phine was all screwed up and she f8xed it in minutes and was able to explain to keep where the problems cake from !!!

As a veteran of the cell phone industry, its such a breath of fresh of fresh air to find a location where there are reps who are honest, open and not trying to sell you bells and whistles. Blunt, Honest, and not obsessed with upsells. I'd give a 6th star if I could.

Almost all of the costomer service representative are very rude. I just got off the phone and whoever the lady was working there is very short and rude on the phone. They can't help you 9/10 times. This building is especially bad for not being able to help and being rude. Probably the worst costomer service at a phone shop I have ever been too. This store especially needs major improvement! Also probably the worst service out of all phone sevices you could use. I would never recommend cricket to anyone.

Came in on 9/27/23 @7:55 and the lady at the counter was very rude and short when I was just trying to pay a bill...worst customer service I've ever received.
