GameStop is a home base for gamers, offering new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for major systems, including retro gaming. It also carries trading cards and pop culture merchandise like collectibles, apparel, and board games. Customers can sell or trade their old items for cash or store credit. Reviews note the staff is friendly and willing to help, even ordering products not in store. While some find great deals and highly recommend it for gamer needs, others feel the in-store selection can be limited and prices are sometimes higher than online, though price matching is available. Some customers also note that returning used games for store credit is not an option.
Service was amazing, great group of staff and store was clean and organized!!

The workers were extremely friendly and helpful in all matters they could be. We'd never been to this GameStop location before and the workers treated us like we were regulars. If I could give it higher than 5 stars I would without a second thought.

It's kind of sad how game stores have gone downhill. There isn't much in here: some new and used games, a few consoles but that's it. Just buy online, it's not worth the trip.
