Long time goodwill shopper from Toledo that recently relocated to Bryan. This location is fantastic. Donna is great and exceeds in customer service more than anyone from any of the several other locations I’ve frequented over the past thirty years. I highly recommend stopping in and taking a look.

This goodwill is the best! I must say, I used to prefer the old layout, but I guess over time I will get used to the changes they’ve been making. One thing that always shines bright is the exceptional team and the ABSOLUTE BEST manager in the world! Their warmth and kindness make every visit a delight! This Goodwill truly deserves the title of #BestGoodwillEver!

I gotta brag about the Bryan Ohio Goodwill! I visit here often and always leave with a few items or a cart full! Love the nice new shelving they put up at the front of the store and the cleanest looking goodwills I shop in! Nice displays set up with items, super cheerful friendly manager Linda Grubb always making u feel welcome and recognized, great staff very friendly and helpful! The other nite I got my best treasure I’ve ever found there! This tops them all! I love the chucky movies well I got a chucky doll and he talks and moves his head and mouth! Myself and the cashier were both excited and amazed at what I found!!!!! I wish I could have attatched a photo I will be forever brag where I found it!!! I’m always referring people to go there! They deserve 5 stars plus some!!!

I have to say that this is the best goodwill I have been too, it is clean, organized and has great prices and friendly workers. Keep doing what you're doing guys! We are happy to shop here and often find great stuff!

Staff members are pleasant. I can usually find something different in there every day. Store is kept well organized, always plenty to look at!

Was overcharged. associate, Abby suggested I grab something in store for the difference she overcharged me.I said no, thank you just refund the money then she kept commenting on She is only human and Said it would take 10 to 15 minutes and had to get another associate to do so as she did not know how with language that did not need to be used. She then turned to a customer and another associate, and told them I had said the words of her to go to hell, I am flabbergasted with behavior of lies, and will not ever be shopping in the store again. With people already not wanting to support a nonprofit organization, I cannot see hiring and keeping workers who treat customers in such a degradable way.I have always loved shopping for a good bargain, but I will no longer support an organization who will keep employees who mistreat customers.Very disappointing

Always a good place to find a great deal! Goodwill has done a fantastic job at finding the best brand name clothes and allowing the customers to have a massive selection to choose from at a price that can't be beat.

Very unhappy with this location. We made a donation and the lady was sorting through the stuff in the parking lot. Made rude comments and only wanted things she could mae big profits on. Not looking for what the community might need. Also said she had hugest donations from 127 garage sales and threw most of that away and her dumpster cost is so high????
