I went into open a business account. I called first they told me what I needed to bring and when I got there after driving 30 minutes they told me I needed an appointment unfortunately that wasn't one of the things they told me I needed on the phone. Watched another lady very irate with them. This Branch does definitely not need your business.

This bank use to be a good one. I was trying today to conduct business and was talking to a cashier inside at the desk. As we were conversing on how we can conduct the transaction we were interrupted by a Mr. Mike Paquette (who believes he is something special and better than customers) with a this is our policy we go by and what do you expect us to do. He said why is this our problem as I was trying to get an answer to the questions I had. Instead of trying to work with me he progressively got louder and told me I can leave. This instantly made me feel angry and like I did not matter to them so as I left I said what a dickhead under my breathe on the way out. I will be looking for another bank and advise everyone I know to do the same and do not conduct business with them.

By far the worst Huntington Bank I’ve ever used. It takes a week to get an Appointment, the staff working there is not friendly and lack good customer service, and the service times are slow. I currently have five accounts with them totaling Over $100,000 in transactions a month, And when I sent my adult child to go open his first and own checking account, they said come back in a week and then ended up canceling and trying to reschedule for another week.
It may be time to seek another bank.

Customer service is very poor here. Just sit back and listen to them all. Rude and not patient with anyone. Poor old guy was trying to share a nice story about his grandkids and she just kept cutting him off. Did not even try to care a little bit. The drive thru people are way nicer than the lady that usually does lobby. She probably needs to find another job haha

This bank has terrible customer service. The tellers are very rude and inconsiderate. One in particular was very condescending had a tone I. the way she talked to
customers.

Worst bank tried to get a home loan I have great credit score said that they were going to call me back 5 days still no call so I went else were got the loan this bank needs to get rid of the loan officer before you lose your costumers i would strongly advise people not to do business with this bank very unprofessional staff hope the investor's wake up before you go under.

Very nice experience there. Clean and professional. I had to do a name change and it took 5 min to do! My other bank took 45 min! Very please with this location

Never ever go through this establishment they are the worst , only way to give a review is to tap a star otherwise they get nothing. I hope they shut down worst place ever. Thieves!
