It's not a uhaul trucking place but they do it out of the carpet an flooring building but they are so friendly an nice they make you feel like a person an not just a customer.

Rented a tow dolly very friendly people easy to work with made reservation and everything was there and the Gal explained everything to me and was very satisfied with it .it got the done

2 Months prior to moving to Florida we booked a 26ft U-haul truck and the largest car transporter trailer U-haul offered and were told that our truck would fit perfect on the trailer. Loaded up the u-haul and loaded the pickup truck with Belonging and loaded up the truck on the trailer...The trailer was 6 inches to short. back tire hung off. HUGE problem. went to tell the u-haul lady and she told us she is leaving for the day and if we find another u-haul place they will help us out. she left and went home. we had no house anymore. a trailer we paid for and could not use even though we were told it would be perfect ( i called another u-haul place and after giving them the specifications of the truck said u-haul doesn't have a trailer that would fit that truck). The truck is a great run around town kind of truck but not a drive to Florida kinda truck. We decided we would have to give the truck away. one of 2 of our vehicles. Got on the phone with U-haul corporate . got throw around to 6 different supervisors who in the end just hung up on us and got no where with them. ended up having to stay the night in a hotel and renting an enclosed trailer that cost $150 more then the car trailer and loaded up our personal belonging in that trailer from the truck and gave the truck away. this is a carpet store who also to make extra money have u-haul trucks. don't expect knowledge and help because they cant do anything to rectify their mistakes.
