This store is frequently low on stock of many common items and staff refused to price match in accordance with Walgreens corporate policy. When I showed the price comparison the employee replied “oh do you want to go to Walmart?” I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Bryan location has digressed owing to constant changing of staff. Today's visit was total disrespect a will be nd reason I will be discontinuing use of Walgreen's as my preferred pharmacy.

My parents are 89 and 90 years old.They went in to get a flu shot and Covid booster. The pharmacist was extremely rude to them. It was 2:30 and she rudely told them to come back at 4 and they still may not get in ?

Call ahead 4 hours and still have to wait and the pharmacy staff are the most rude group of people I have ever encountered. Take your prescriptions somewhere else.

Zero stars. i have renal failure and just got out the hospital for dehydration with dangerous levels. My muscle pain was beyond any pain I ever had with spasms that dropped me to the floor in pain so bad i puked. My Dr gave me Norflex and sent me home. It took three days before they even put a order in to get them only to find out my insurance wont pay for them and then all day of me following up to make sure they did there job and got them filled for me. By noe i had a severe migrain to go with it. I know it is not a controlled substance so I asked him if he could give me one to take there because they had done it 8 months earlier. The pharmacist "Austin" said it was against the law. I looked into it to verify what he said and just seen that he pretty much wanted to go out of his way to make sure i hurt. He was nothing but nasty... Shame on someone so uncaring to put them selves in health care to bring misery... so uck you Austin i will be in pain all night b****** God will make you more understanding one day and you may not like it!!

I like their photo center, but if your photos are too good then you have to have proof they are yours or that a friend/family-member gives you permission to print them. I understand that they need to protect themselves, but it makes it hard to want to go back or even bother developing photos in general.

Been here many times before and many times to come. Excellent employees, one time I had to copy over 400 photos and one employee actually sat and helped me edit pictures to create an album for my sisters wedding whenever he didn't have customers. In fact just yesterday another employee helped my mother add just a couple more pictures to her collection to save her $20 via a special deal they had going on.

Went to get oscillococcinum for my 8 year old. None on the shelf at 9:00 pm. Asked pharmacist if they had any and was told they have it but won't be on the shelf until after 3pm tomorrow. Guess where I WON'T be shopping anymore!!!! Wow!!

Everyone has always been friendly. And although prices can be a bit high, like most pharmacies, they have good deals on weekly items. And as always, coupons for printing photos, so they are cheaper than bigger, super marts.
