Center Street Meats also has one of the two remaining authentic Bucyrus bratwurst recipes in the city limits. This makes them eligible for Bratwurst Festival participation.

The Bucyrus brats from their bratwurst offerings are all I've tried, but they have different recipes for area school districts. They also mix things up with cheddar brats, loose bratwurst, and bratwurst patties.

Their deli area is limited, but the potato salad, ham salad, and pickled eggs are great. They also sell a variety of buns, and rye bread.

This is one of the best places in town for fresh meats, and they're the only place in the city limits where the meat is local.”
