I understand if you're busy, but you're not the only one in the world that has things to do.
I called and asked if something was in stock. I get "I don't know. I'm kind of busy right now, can you wait" then had me wait on silent for 20 minutes just to hang up the phone. I live half an hour away. It was just a simple question.
You would have helped me like any other customer if I was physically there.

They play games with allocated stuff even when ohlq says they have it in stock. One employee told they were "told not to sell any of that stuff". The other one one said "you have to come in on Saturday, we only sell that on Saturdays".
