First Federal Community Bank has a long history of serving the local community since 1887. They are committed to engaging with the neighborhoods they serve and aim to help customers achieve their financial goals. The bank is small enough to know its customers personally but offers the same modern technology as larger banks. Customers appreciate the friendly service and community focus, describing it as the best bank in town. However, there are some concerns, particularly with online banking, which has frequent outages making it difficult to access funds during emergencies. Additionally, the removal of a local ATM has caused inconvenience, as customers now need to go to the branch or wait in line at drive-thru ATMs. Despite these issues, the bank’s dedication to the community and accessible service make it a valued local financial institution.
I gave a 3 stars bc their online banking website is horrible, bc the site is always down and when it's down it's down. I just think if there was an emergency you would be screwed, bc you can't get no cash or use card until website is back. Something needs to be done it's a ongoing problem all the time.

I've been working with Chris Ackerman for 5 years. He is always ON TOP OF IT. Anytime I have a question for my buyers, I know he can handle it with speed and professionalism. I highly recommend working with Chris for any price range home mortgage needs.

As a veteran I appreciate having an account specifically for me. I opened the patriot checking and received a match to my opening amount! My questions are always answered quickly and the staff is very friendly.
