“Im glad Bucyrus has this store because we do not have a big name hardware store.The staff are friendly and they have just about anything you would need when doing home repairs,plumbing,tools,paint,power equipment etc.
I will say as others have mentioned in the reviews, the service department in the back is mediocre at best.The guys working back there weirdly have a massive ego and act like they know everything ever.If you try to talk to them about a problem you are having with equipment you brought in-forget it! It doesn't matter if you are a master certified mechanic they still know more than you and you are wrong LOL.”

“Great for farm supplies and things like bolts, nuts, and tractor supplies. Also chore clothes and winter supplies. Great staff. Only reason for 4 stars is the prices are pretty steep on a steep percentage of items.”
