This has to be the worst Kroger. It is sad for the people that shop here because they are being taken advantage with the limited amount of grocery stores in town. The store is old, parking lot is not very accessible, and the store is in a bad location. I only shop here if I don't have a choice. Milk is almost a dollar more than Marion; I have complained to Kroger many times about this but they do not respond.

Waited in line for a SOLID 10 minutes at the service desk for bill pay. 4 other customers in line. Store manager doesn’t even acknowledge that we are waiting. Was going to do my grocery shopping after paying a bill (as I always do, because I would rather shop here that local Walmart), but after being ignored, I’ll spend my money elsewhere

Bought some ground beef on the 11th, had a sell by date of May11, put it in the fridge till today, find it has gone completely grey, inside and out. Doesn't smell like rotten meat, but has a different bad smell. Called up bucyrus Kroger, asked for meat dept. told young man who answered about the meat, he said, "well, that's because you were supposed to use it or freeze it by May 11", I repeated that May 11 was the date beside the words "sell by", he told me, " NO! That's the last date you can use it!" I was mad by that point and told him, yeah, ok, thanks and hung up. Would you recommend this store???

The store just went through a retrofit it looks nice it's up to date the sushi bar in their retrofit area was absolutely phenomenal some of the best sushi I've had since I moved out to Ohio from the Northeast also the deli is spot on and the changes that they made are very good the people who work there are very professional very caring and very helpful so thank you it is a compliment to the community
