“I stopped in today after making a phone call. I probably went and asked the same and questions a million times but the kind woman behind the counter was more than accommodating if any and all questions I had. She was more than patient. She found the perfect blend of pain for my old truck. Normally I wouldn't spend the money. It is an '06 but so far I've seen it is an exact on dead match considering this paint's got some fade to it. She was super friendly. It's a nice, neat, well organized little business. If I ever do need another can of touch-up paint or maybe to just pick up some good detail supplies. Oh most definitely be back.”

“Im glad Bucyrus has this store because we do not have a big name hardware store.The staff are friendly and they have just about anything you would need when doing home repairs,plumbing,tools,paint,power equipment etc.
I will say as others have mentioned in the reviews, the service department in the back is mediocre at best.The guys working back there weirdly have a massive ego and act like they know everything ever.If you try to talk to them about a problem you are having with equipment you brought in-forget it! It doesn't matter if you are a master certified mechanic they still know more than you and you are wrong LOL.”
