Had to pay full price for an alignment they he couldn’t do and told me to come back when I got new parts put on cause he couldn’t get the bolt loose. I DONT RECOMMEND

DO NOT GO TO HIM. I paid him full price for a tire alignment only to find out he couldn’t even do it! I made the mistake of going to this place, but do not make the same one I did. Not only did he charge me full price he charged me even more on top of that for using more tools… than needed? This guy is very unprofessional and should not continue to treat people this way. He told me the price said I had to pay more for him having to use a torch, then followed that by saying he failed and could not get a bolt loose. He tried to tell me I need to buy another part just because he failed to do his job. This guy is ridiculous!

Said he could do four tires , with sensors and a alignment, got just the alignment done because he couldn’t do the sensors, and put the old tires back on… guys down the street were able to pop them on for us same day within ten mins. ( with the sensors!)

If you are looking at the reviews thinking should I go here? Dont. Listen to the reviews. Terrible wait time. Customer service? Not existent. Zero respect for customers and the shop speaks for itself.

Stopped in to see about getting some new tires and getting them mounted, (would have made decent money)guy was a prick, and didn’t want to be bothered, he was to busy sitting around bullshitting with a “customer” waited in my vehicle for about 20 minute’s got sneered at by some women in the yellow house next door with a silver Buick. evidently i was in her parking space, (there is none, basically street parking)took my money elsewhere, and don’t regret it. Looks like a backyard chop shop but thought id give them a chance. Post covid and im sorry to see they’re still in business.

Please visit this shop and walk through it before you decide to give this guy your business, I wish I would have. Decided to give this shop a try for an alignment since they've been around quite awhile, which turned out to be a big mistake. When he gave the car back he told me it was pulling to the right (it was not pulling to the right when I took it in), but said I needed to swap the front tires to see if it changed how it was pulling and let him know. I swapped them, it did not help, I then noticed the front right tire was noticeably toed out several degrees (the attached pictures are taken about 5 miles after the vehicle was picked up) so I called him and setup for him to look at it again. He did take it back in and got it corrected, but only after telling me it was my fault that bolts were left loose and that junk parts were put in it, and every other excuse in the book. He then cussed me out and told me to never come back (no chance that was going to happen anyways). This guy is operating in a filthy shop full of cats on antiquated equipment that is clearly well out of calibration. Take your vehicle somewhere with computerized alignment equipment and a knowledgeable technician, you won't find any trace of either of those things at this place.Service: Wheel alignment
