“I don’t normally write reviews but I am so pleased with their service I had to get on here and write one. We are very new to propane and of course we went completely out last night. We called around to 5 different companies and no one could help us out today, we kept getting estimates of up to 2 weeks. I have a 2 year old and 10 month old baby so we desperately needed heat and we are about to get another round of single digit temperature lows next week too. They fit us in their schedule for today and had propane to us within 4 hours of calling in. I seriously can’t thank them enough for making us a priority in their busy schedules and taking the time to walk us through the propane process. Rachel is a rockstar and Aaron was so kind to us too. We have decided to stick with them for regular service!”
