Went into the main post office and what a well kept friendly place. Everyone is smiling and helpful. The man behind the counter was friendly and went through how to send my package. I felt he cared about getting my mail to where it needed to go. Thanked him for a wonderful experience and was happy to have had such a positive experence. It isnt everywhere people are still happy to help you! Thanks Bucyrus

If you arent receiving mail at your address and it disappears from this Post Office, report it to the US Postal inspector service! I suspect workers at this office of having tampered with checks I was supposed to receive in the mail. Informed delivery shows my checks and other mail made it to cleveland, but then the checks never came! Made it to clevland from new jersey, but somehow not from clevland to bucyrus? THEN my mail stopped coming altogether and was never found since that day!. It was not held anywhere either! They scanned my mail in cleveland and I received the informed delivery email of the scanned mail, and then that same day, it all vanished! Was never delivered. There is no record of what mail is received at this facility either before it is dispersed to the carriers! Main guy working with a beard and glasses always seems to have an attitude behind the front counter, and the post master shrugged and s
aid idk about everything and never called me back. DO yourself a favor get a p.o. box in marion so your mail won't end up here! Secure the borders- how about my mail box?

Brady at front desk needs customer service training…I found him to be very rude to have exposure to customers. Zero stars buddy! maybe get rid of your phone while at work and do your job.

I've lived in a few towns and I have to say this post office is the worst. Many things I've mailed have never made it to their destination. In fact I refrain from mailing anything important anymore. It doesn't matter if you call they take no responsibility for it. I've literally found my neighbors mail in my bushes and that's a common occurrence around here.

My mail service has been horrible recently. I've gotten damaged packages, yesterday my mail was soaking wet and just dripping when I got it out of the box not a min after she delivered it and today my magazines had the front pages either torn or completely ripped off. Definitely not happy with my mail service

Just had a pkg delivered and the USPS vehicle hit my trash can which is sitting out front waiting for trash pickup. Didn't bother to knock to let me know. This is ridiculous!!

I call and type what service I need and it wants to repeat the question as well as it says my local post office can't help me with any information on any packages I would ask about as well as I need to see about my mail getting delivered or dropped off at the local post office and it keeps telling me they need a tracking number when they can look up my name and social this service is fake and a waste of time I would not hire any of these advertisers falsely advertising as well as there telemarketer reseponest just repeats herself as well as can't help with any issues I have with giving my personal information
