Not only that but we experienced an issue on the one tire a couple weeks later and they fixed the problem with no questions asked and took care of us. “I ordered parts for a 2025 HRV and they forgot to give us the seat back protectors we ordered. Now we may have to drive an hour and a half one way again to pick them up. I'm very disappointed. It was raining and the parts guy loaded everything into my wife's car. She didn't check for all the items.
Hopefully it's not a fight so get them to believe me. I assume they could count inventory to confirm they have an extra. If they can ship these to us on their dime I will change my review to 5 stars.
They totally came through and are shipping the missing parts to me, they earned 5 stars again. By the way when I was checking 17 different honda websites for these parts College Hills had the lowest prices for everything by a wide margin.”
“I’m young but I know a good mechanic when I see one. The wait time was super short and it didn’t take long at all for the car to be repaired either and I had to get an entire new catalytic converter and it only took maybe a week and a half. The mechanic Sam was super helpful and was very easy to talk to and was very easy to relate to aswell. If you want to talk about video games while getting your car fixed he’s your guy haha. Great service overall and I would definitely recommend for anyone in the area.”

“The guys baked, magna fluxed and recorded the specs on my 429 Cobra Jet block. They bead blasted my deep sump pan and primed it. The block looks better than it ever did when new. Perfect! They quoted me three months but had the work done in two months! Great guys, gearheads and machinists. A great value and highly recommended!”
“I brought in my CPO Civic for an oil change and AC repairs under warranty. I made 2 trips to Wooster due to parts having to be ordered after my first visit. The second trip, I was asking about a wheel alignment, and the advisor (I do not know his name but he was great) told me they had time to do the alignment that day. For all other correspondence, Paul took care of me. Everything was done in a timely manner, with respect to me and my car. Even though parts needed shipped in order to fix my AC, it was only 5 days between my first and second visit. Everyone was very kind and personable. I do think I will be returning for any service needs I have in the future.”

“What you would expect from a gas station / truck stop. Facilities and convenience store are clean, organized and stocked. Getting to it from the highway is a crazy knot of twisting confusing knots of ramps and exchanges and bypasses and... well... keep your eye on the sign and go that way and you'll get there. After 6 hours in the road I made it... I believe in you!”
“Came in talked to the GM really nice guy. I had got a flat and threw the spare on and had the back seats don with the wheel in the back. It was just a bad valve stem. They replaced it decent price and even put the spare back and put the seats up and everything. Great service and friendly people”
