Had parts on order for 3 months, turns out they never ordered them. Once arrived, they were the wrong parts. They beat the wrong sized bolt into the socket, leaving no threads. Service manager said he’d order me a new chain guard since last one fell off due to dealership faults. Been waiting on it for 4 months and no updates. Don’t buy from here waste of time and money

Had a good experience with the service department. We thought they fixed the battery issue and brought it back home to find out the problem wasn't. Dealer came to my house and picked up my unit, and fixed it in 2 days. The voltage regulator was bad. They have earned my future business and have fixed the issues the correct way. Andrew was great to work with. Dont hesitate to bring your unit in for service here.

Good service. Bought my second pwc. The staff is great to work with. If they don't have the answer they will check with another employee and get the answers you need.

Be careful. Seems you cannot leave your seadoo in a freshwater lake for longer than a few weeks. Dealerships is telling me seadoo owners manual states to not leave in water. If you do the pontoons foam can be water logged. Also any algae build up drastically deduces speed from 41 mph to as low as 26mph. Numerous dealerships are reporting this issue. Some are now refusing to carry the product. Johnny K powersports is down to deal with but they have no solution as far as a coating. There recommendation is to always take out of water or to remove from the dock every 3-4 weeeks and power wash the underside of the boat. I would never have purchased this switch of if I knew that this was the expectation to keep it operating at top speed.I purchased this switch and took possession of it in July 2022 from the Lodi location. Had a great first season. At the end of this season the RPMS were getting to around 7500 and speed had dropped to 30MPH.I talked to the technician at Lodi and he said the following:This happens to a lot of switchesYou cannot leave them in the water or the pontoons will get algae on themYou cannot leave them in the water or the pontoons foam/sponge will fill upYou have to power wash the bottom every few weeksSwitch should not be in the water more then 2-3 days and ideally would always be stored out of the waterThough the boat is under warranty, I was charged $223 to power wash it and test it on a lake.I am very concerned that I bought a pontoon boat… that can only be trailered? Why was this not disclosed at time of purchase? Are there any coating that can be recommended that would slow algae build up? I now have a boat and a dock on portage lakes.. but after owning it for two seasons I am advised that I cannot use the dock and the foam will take on water? It lost 25% of its power… on portage lakes all summer with very minor build up.This should have been disclosed at the time of sale? Can the pontoons be sealed. Can non absorbing foam be installed? Can a coating be added to the plastic? What is seadoo doing to correct this situation? Please let me know what you recommend and why if this is under warranty was I charged $223 to correct a known issue? Now escalated from the dealer to BRP!

I have been working with the Lodi location for several weeks on getting my Can-am commander repaired so I can trade it in. I called several times with no returned phone calls. I also was working with a sales rep to sell me a new Can-am X3. The last couple days I had financing approved and was ready to go when I noticed that the VIN did not match what I thought I was buying. I called the sales person and he said I was wrong and that the one I was buying was the one in the showroom. I had taken screenshots of what I thought I was buying, I was informed that the picture on the website was wrong and they couldn't sell me the Can-am that I thought I was buying for the price listed. Not only had I been to the dealership at least three times it has been listed on your website for at least three months this way. After calling around to other dealers I was told that this is common for your dealership. I cancelled my financing today and purchased from Extreme Power sports. I asked the sales person to have someone (not the floor manager) call me and I never heard from anyone.

Just a note to thank the service dept for the good service I've had this year. First it was for the sprocket recall and now for my "almost" 9300 mi service on my F3T. I'm afraid as I've aged, I've developed difficulty remembering names, but the young lady at the service desk was very kind and patient as was the young man who contacted me over this last weekend. They answered my questions and if they didn't know the answer, they went back to the service area and got the answer. This is way better than it used to be

It was raining out in the morning, and as soon as I entered the service department Robin gave me a towel… Kleenex for my eyeglasses… and a hot cup of Coffee!! I was treated like I mattered to them as a customer …. That’s hard to find that this day in age!!! The service department answered all my questions concerning my visit. They went out of their way to give extra information that was beneficial to me! They get a 10 rating from me.the service was fast and the service tech went over everything he did with me !!!Johnny K’s of Lodi is over the Top!!!!

In the last two seasons I’ve put over 25,000 miles on my Spyder so I go in for a lot more preventative maintenance and service than most people. I know this will sound like hyperbole, but I have never had a better experience with a dealership, of any kind, that compares to Johnny K’s. It starts at the top with GM Carl Peshoff. He’s not “just a smile and a handshake kind of guy”. He’s gone to bat for me with the manufacturer regarding warranty work and sincerely works to make and keep me a satisfied customer. But I must give a special shout out to Mike Elliott, my service writer, who has helped me and gained my trust through my many visits. Talk about going “above and beyond”. No one in my family knows how to drive my Spyder. When I was in the emergency room and my Spyder needed to be moved she asked me who she should call. I told my wife Mike was the only person I trusted to move it. She called Johnny K’s and without hesitation Mike agreed. Mike came over after work on his own time to move it. Talk about making a customer for life!

Worked with "good guy" Farmer Jeff (yes, you call him that)! He helped me onto a sweet, used CanAm Spyder RT Limited. He filled me in with some info I didn't know. (I like to be prepared). Really, an easy deal. I look forward to purchasing a brand new model and hope to deal with Farmer Jeff then!
