I'm giving 3 stars and not 1 because I originally had a good experience. I took a 34 hour reset here and obviously took a few showers. The shower I took on Sunday was very clean but the shower I took Monday morning was hardy clean at all. My toilet seat was covered in urine and hair for some reason. Was absolutely disgusting. I dont know who they have working night shift but they obviously don't care about cleaning anything. It looked like they just marked it down as clean but didn't even take the time to look at anything so I know they didn't clean anything.

The gas pumps here are among the worst I've encountered in the United States. The credit card readers must be old or don't get serviced much. Sometimes the credit readers fail and you have to go to another pump. Sometimes my club discount card scans but the discount doesn't get subtracted from the price. Quite often the pump receipt printers are out of paper. Do they even refill them?! Recently the women's restroom was closed. The pumps are too close to the stores for pulling a trailer in, and the is no separate set of trailer/RV pumps.

Went for a shower 18 June 2025, and a young lady was the doing a wonderful job. Not only did she had a smile on her face, but the presentation of the shower was on point. She had a pleasant vibe and her work showed. Give this young lady a rise.

Stopped for gas coming south on I-71. The location is convenient in this direction with right turns off and back on the highway. The gas pricing was competitive with other stations at this exit. We did not buy anything but gas. All pumps were working and the transaction went through fast.

Small but very good Pilot Travel Center. Men’s room had a dirty smell to it though. Staff was friendly

Lowest gas prices around. Friendly people. Clean bathrooms. Plus, they have a Wendy's and a Cinnabon there.

There price for electric is expensive for charging vehicles. Do not charge at their pumps.

I love this gas station! I always stop here while passing through. They have a Cinnabon within which makes it even better. The bathrooms are always very clean. The items are always well stocked and I am able to purchase what I need! The gas itself is always super packed and you do have to wait to get gas because it is cheaper at this location than others.
