Rack Room Shoes is a nice place to stop by if you're shopping for shoes. They have a fairly large selection, and their price is very decent! Their staff was very pleasant and helpful. ??

I am tired of getting Rack Room EMAILS! I have UNSUBSCRIBED every day for almost 2 months!! I have sent a message to customer service demanding to be taken off the email list. i've gotten no response from them and I'm still getting daily emails. I bought shoes from there one time and I do not plan on buying any more. I don't even live near the store.For the 100th time - Take me off your junk email list I'm sick and tired of getting the emails ???

The sales girl was nice and she greeted me when I came in. She ordered me the pair of shoes I wanted and was very friendly and helpful. I am very disappointed in the selection of clearance shoes. It used to be a lot better. The clearance shelves are half empty.
