Fantastic customer service. I was headed from Cleveland to Columbus and ran into an issue that required a pitstop at a local service center. Fortunately Roberts was close by and the owner was kind enough to help me out and get me back on the road in no time.

We were driving to Cleveland and my car started to die on the highway. We were able to limp along and came across this shop. A mechanic immediately started the diagnostic and isolated our issue to a bad alternator. He was up front and honest that he would not be able to get the part and get it fixed for likely a week, but he got us directed to a dealership in Medina and suggested how to get there while putting minimum strain on the alternator. We made it to the dealership who confirmed that it was, indeed, the alternator. It was evident that he cared about his work and customers. Integrity matters. I’d give 10 stars if that was an option.

Saved me on a mini (3 hr) road trip. Had a leaking tire and they were able to patch it up and caught another potential tire hazard before it became another hazard/bill for me on my way back into town. They got me in and out and on my way. I wish they were stationed in Col. 😭🙏🏾

Great Customer service! A brick came off of a construction vehicle and smashed my girlfriend’s windshield. Through all the panic and stress. I met with Robert (the owner) and the employees and they helped us not only clean up the mess and patch up the windshield but gave us further direction on what to do next. They were extremely nice, understanding and very easy to work with!

Our check engine light started flashing on a trip so we pulled off at Roberts Auto Care. They immediately worked us in to run diagnostics on our car and helped advise us on options for if/how to continue our trip. Super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Robert was extremely helpful, got us in and out of the shop in under 10 minutes. We were coming in for low pressure in our tires, he got us in the shop pumped up all our tires and torqued them down with a torque wrench. We can tell this is a honest and hospitable man I’d recommend to anyone around this area.

I am a heavy equipment mechanic and fully capable of doing almost anything on my vehicles. However time is never on my side. Being new to the area I was recommended to Robert's for an electrical issue I was having that I had spent to much time on. He had it solved same day at a more than reasonable rate. Years later I wanted his opinion on an issue w my new vehicle and he gave me pointers on how to handle the issue with Ford so I didn't get screwed. I did as he said and everything worked out just fine for me. Had he not helped I would have been out over 5 grand on a truck just a few miles out of warranty. I've been around the block a time or 2 and Robert is a stand up guy and there aren't many of them left in today's business world. I would definitely recommend going to see him with any issues may have.

Robert knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable and asked plenty of questions on the issue. He had the van for 4hrs and found and fixed the electrical problem!! Highly recommend this shop.

First time here drove here from off the interstate 71 as I got a flat tire although they couldn't really do much with replacing / repairing the tire they went above and beyond to at least help me out which I much appreciated and give me the nearest tire place that they recommended for replacement of the tire I highly recommend this repair shop.
