Stopped in with a question, and not only was it answered, but additionally explained in a way only someone with a great deal of experience could offer. Great staff, nice little shop. Like seeing the "little guys" survive. Keep up the great work

I needed a new back tire on my bike and the owner just happened to have the tire and squeezed me in without an appointment because I told him it was my only source of transportation to get to and from work and he was a genuinely good guy and would definitely recommend Hartford Cycles
