I bought a car here because they came highly recommended by a family friend who has been buying all their families cars here for years. I was skeptical about buying a salvage title but my experience here has been great. They were very open about the previous damage, sent me the full carfax report and was totally fine with me bringing the car to a mechanic. The purchase went very smooth and even afterwards I noticed the sprayer on my back windshield was not working and they had me bring it right in and they fixed it for free(the line was clogged)
I have had the car now for a few months and it runs great and I love it, I was finally able to get the car I really wanted in my price range!

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this dealership. Based on my experience, they appear to clear diagnostic codes prior to sale and conceal existing mechanical and safety issues. I recommend that any potential buyer bring their own diagnostic scanner and have a full independent inspection performed before finalizing a purchase.
After purchasing a used vehicle from this business, I have incurred repair costs nearly equal to the purchase price. The vehicle had multiple undisclosed issues, including blown speakers which they masked it with by moving the fader, damaged headlights, and an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) that was not properly repaired—warning lights were merely cleared and later reappeared. Additionally, one tire had an internal puncture that had been temporarily filled with air before sale.
These issues only came to light after consultations with multiple independent mechanics. In my opinion, the dealership engaged in deceptive practices and failed to disclose known defects. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this business.

I would give 0 stars if I could. After purchase from salespeople in Columbus, and given a car with no gas, drove 1.5 miles to gas station and car would not start back up. Salesman showed up with jumper in hand (knowing exactly what was wrong) and tells me i need a new battery!! Then, found out that car needed over $4k in repairs. They say 'no significant damage or problems' but that is false. If they had a mechanic look at this car, they would have seen the issues and would have had to disclose. But, if a mechanic didn't look at the car, they can't sell it with that statement. Company not willing to work with me and I haven't heard from them since.

On a test drive, and salesman wouldn’t let me take it to a side road and start from a stop. Told me they didn’t have any time and I would have to go back to lot. Great way to not get a sale. Very unprofessional.

Very satisfied with the service! The salespeople were polite, explained everything about the car, and gave me time to inspect and check it out. No pressure, and they honestly described the condition of the vehicle. The deal went smoothly and quickly. I’m happy with the car — been driving it for a week now with no issues.
