Great time in Burton , Ohio .The museum is truly something to see . Original antique buildings disassembled moved to the museum, and reassembled , so the old way of life can be passed on to future generations .Many , many other items are also saved .A must see , much to do and see in the great community of Burton , Ohio .

The Log Cabin continues to be the main tourist attraction for the village of Burton! Get your maple syrup, get maple cream candy or sugar candy in a variety of molds (hearts, amish children, maple leaves etc.) and just take time to appreciate its offerings.

It's a nice walk watching how they collect the sap, and then they take you back to the cabin where they boil the water out of the sap and it makes the syrup. Then they show you the room where you can buy the syrup or maple candy and I suggest the maple fudge, it's out of this world. The have a museum you can walk through and a couple shops. It really is a nice afternoon out.
