The battery gage on my truck started reading crazy. So I took it in to Preston Chevrolet service and they looked at it and that the battery and alternator was OK and not to worry.
Now the entire instrument cluster went crazy and the door buttons stopped working and then started working again. I found out that GM had issues with them but didn't recall them. My service manager is working on a possible solution. I've been going to Preston Chevrolet service for over +30 years now and they have always been helpful.

I recently had my cobalt taken in for service because of a check engine light being on and needing echeck done. They had their technician take a video of what he found and it solved the issue without having to throw a ton of parts into it. Marv was also a great service advisor to deal with

I'm not from the area and drove in for an auction. I noticed a long the way I had something wrong with the truck. I stopped in a they opened and they fit me right in! They were super helpful, understanding to my situation and willing to help! They had the parts I would have needed to fix the issue but unfortunately funds vs cost was against me. They didn't try to push them on like other garages I've experienced and got me out on my way.
Good job guys and I know of a place in Ohio I can trust and use if I get in a spot!

We bought our Colorado from Preston Chevrolet in Burton, OH this year from Greg Chizmar. Great guy. We love the truck. Everyone there is so nice. We recently took the truck back for it's free oil change. They also rotated the tires and washed it. Service was excellent! The video emailed to me was showing the brakes, rotors, etc is really helpful to know what shape everything is in. Bill Preston took time to go over options for another, larger truck. He showed us trucks that would pull our camper. We will be back soon to trade in our car for another truck. My brother has purchased several trucks thru the years here. Also his wife, son, and our mom have purchased cars form them. Always a great place and people to work with!!

Preston's mechanics actually takes video of what your vehicle needs so now you don't have to speculate what needs to be done to it. Getting a vehicle from Preston... DO that! They take care of you,they did for me! 👍🏽👏🏽
