Knowing Brad through 4 different leases now, my husband was able to get in contact with him, he secured the car we were looking for, and got us in and out within an hour. Amazing and so appreciated!

My husband and I were needing a bigger vehicle with our 3rd child on the way. I called ahead to see if they worked with lenders who deal with open Chapter 7, and I was told that we should be able to do that. We were driving around the lot and on the phone, and by the time we parked, Joe S had a vehicle pulled up for us to look at. He pulled up a vehicle that he thought the bank would agree with year/mileage wise. He got us approved, was extremely knowledgeable, and so helpful. He made this process so much easier and stress-free in an already stressful situation.

I brought my car in for service and learned that there was $1100 in damage. We filed an insurance claim. For the next month we tried to get the service department to follow the simple instructions (take 4 specific picture and submit them via the portal with a copy of the estimate) ultimately I learned a month and dozens of calls later that they hadn’t done anything. They lied to me repeatedly and tried to blame my insurance but I was later told by their service manager that they have cars that have been waiting upwards of 2 months. If they had been honest with me and said we can’t get the repairs done for an extended period of time I would have taken my car elsewhere. As it turned out I had to have my vehicle removed and it is now being taken care of in a timely and professional way. I do not appreciate the deception and lack of integrity I experienced and have no reason to remain a customer of Medina Auto Mall and would certainly not recommend them.

October 13th I requested to see a few trucks that were listed. What a pathetic excuse for auto dealership, more like a con artist convention. I set up an appointment on a Saturday for a time I could be there 9am Yet the truck I requested wasn’t ready, the salesman wasn’t there. Waiting, walking around looking everything priced like new yet used. So finally a so called salesman gets the keys to what I thought was the trucks I wanted to see. Was I mistaken. Nothing what the advertisement said NOTHINg!
Then they bring out 2 keys one going to a truck that is filthy has 918 miles (so called runner). Ok let us see the other. Push the panic button or lock button nothing, no sound. Hundred trucks no sound. Ok where are the trucks I requested to see. You test this one. After all said done I drove it home after the agreement it just doesn’t feel right. I got railroaded paying for a new truck that isn’t new. Sale price ended up higher, then advertised and nothing advertised was true. Lawyering up. I will be posting this every week. Talking to the financial institution they go through offering a little incentive yet you will pay more. Don’t trust this garbage excuse for a dealership.

Coach did a great job putting together this purchase. I am very happy with my Yucon, Steve ( Coach ) is very sincere and does not push. Purchased my last GMC in 2018 and saw a lot of faces that I remember that means a lot.
Roger did a nice job with the paper work as he did eight years ago.
