“The owner, Joe, at J&R Quality Storage was extremely accommodating and saved my move from Ohio to North Carolina. I initially rented through Little Eagle, the owner at Little Eagle rented the truck that I reserved to someone else the day before my scheduled pick up, and the customer that he rented it to didn’t return it. I was never notified that my truck was not available nor did he try to get another one, I found out the morning when I went to pick it up that he didn’t have any for me. Luckily, Joe came to the rescue and had a UHaul and he was able to rent to me last minute, truly saving my move because I had a very tight timeline to be in North Carolina and accept my house. Thanks Joe!”

“Nothing to improve, but a comment about other local U-Haul dealerships. Last year (2024), we rented from a Middlefield, OH location, and it took them over an hour to find the person in charge of the U-Haul rentals. When we returned the rental, no one was there to help unhook the trailer, and the establishment was closed!!! Burton Floral & Garden was a breeze to deal with, and we will certainly use them again.”
