Went here a few days before Christmas to cash a $200 money order. It was about 1/2 hour before they closed. The lady behind the counter told me she didn't have enough money to cash it for me. She didn't even look in her drawer or count what she had. I find it hard to believe before Christmas she couldn't even cash it for me. If this is the case they need to equip the tellers with more money.

The worst service ever. The "supervisor" was very arrogant when talking to me. I honestly hate coming to this usps. -0 in customer service.

My experience was encountering a very friendly and helpful person. She was happy to help and was very pleasant. The post office is clean and modern.

Has it ever been suggested to put a designated pedestrian sidewalk to the post office building? Currently you have to walk thru the parking lot, which can be dangerous to say the least.

I have a sign on my mailbox that my mail carrier hits every day. When confronted about she said she will continue to hit it every day. I have even watched her intentionally back into it trying to break it. All she needed to do was ask me to move it not intentionally try to destroy it.

Just moved here and I have nothing but great things to say about this exceptionally professional Burton Post Office. They really care about small business. Dave and Chrissy are the best.

Super unprofessional. Not even wearing masks over their nose and on top of that she told me that my package was there but I couldn’t have it till later. WHYYYY!? do not go here. Sucks that is this great little community we have the worst post office in all of Ohio. I’d rather drive an hr to Youngstown. Smh

This location does not deserve 1 star, but you're forced to give one. I can't explain how downward customer service has been throughout the years. Today (12/17) at about 10:36am, I walked in with a simple envelope to inquire about when my mail would arrive. I said good morning to the only black lady working and she did not respond. I'm sure she heard my deep loud voice over the mask. I then asked about mail times and she literally tilted her head and pointed to the COVID poster for me to read it and never said a word. I don't care how many times you get that question and how awful your life is, no one's living in utopia during this time anyways. After I left I said, I thought about coming back in and asking for her name, but she was not worthy of any more of my time. The more I visit Cleveland the more I understand why people say customer service is always lacking in the city. If you hate your city or job so much, make room for people who are more deserving and appreciative of job security. Today's front desk lady was EXACTLY what drives a city down under. The DMV had better social etiquette. You should be a ashamed of yourself.
