Live approximately 2 hours away negotiated a price on a truck diesel requested some inspections be completed on the engine this truck was priced high for its year. Was told possible head gasket blown sales agent never got back to me next day posted a truck even higher than original price knowing there's issue with the engine

Sadly, after several back n forth conversations about a vehicle that was listed I decided I'm not going to go by the negative reviews and trust that honesty and integrity will prevail. Sadly in this case it did not, I drove almost 2 hrs only to find a truck that was unfortunately not as described. They did however attempt to make it right by reducing the price of the vehicle but I just didn't want the extra work.

Experience started well. Test drove a 4Runner and it went well, no check engine lights. Bought it next day, no check engine light. Day after, code for bad catalytic converter pops up. Mechanic checks and sees the code was cleared but never resolved, which meant they cleared it with a scanner or unplugged battery to clear it. Giving 2 stars because at least salesman got me a full tank of gas before leaving.

Jim,Staci and Aaron were all very helpful and treated me like family when i purchased my 2010 Toyota tundra! Jim took his time and did way more then he should to make sure I was happy. I had bought two cars here. Be there cars were used. I first purchased (cash) Ford fusion. Didn't even have the car for a week and started having issues. After the 3rd week the car kept breaking down on my and motor losing power. Took car back traded it in and put another 2k down to get a Ford escape. Well it's been roughly a month and car has issues staying running at a red light and stop sign. Want to shut off and shakes real bad. Took car to get oil changed and found out I also have a carrier barring bad that going to drive. I was told it's unsafe and could break and drive train fall out and lose control. Also bad barrings in front I could go on but POINT IS DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY SALE JUKE CARS FOR HIM GH PRICES JUST YOUR Normal "used car sales people" that do t care much about the product 15 k later. Save yourself some trouble and but your car somewhere else even if it seem like a good deal or if you feel they are trust worthy.
