I placed an online order and thought I hit the toasted button but it didn’t go through. I called and asked if they could toast it but they said it was already made cold. I asked if they could toast it but just take off the lettuce and tomato and they refused. I asked if they could just cancel and refund it then and they refused to do that as well. I asked if I could speak to a manager, they said there was none in. When I picked it up apparently the manager refused to do anything as well. Thank you for being super rude Bethany. I have worked at subway and would have had to have listened to the customer and fixed it. I also would never have been even half as rude to a customer. Ive literally had to cut up pickles and banana peppers (I know, crazy) for customers when I was an employee because it was my job to have satisfied customers. What a joke. Do better.

Had issues ordering online and the young lady at the counter was gracious enough to comp our order of two footlongs. I offered to pay and she didn't accept it. Really went above and beyond. In correcting the issue. We have eaten here several times and have never had a bad experience. Thank you so much!

This Subway has the friendliest employees. Also they take coupons. We drive about five miles farther to go to this store. I truly recommend it and the drive is worth it.

I ordered on door dash and they made my sandwich wrong. They pulled jalapeños all over my sandwich just because they saw my name and I used to work there. Then I went back in to get it fixed and they were rude and disrespectful. What great costumer service.

Just moved into town and have ate there twice. Both times I went in, the two workers were extremely friendly and had a sense of urgency. Restaurant chains like this where the food is basically the same at all locations, depend on their employees to separate themselves from the rest; the workers here make this Subway a lot better than most.

Obviously they don’t toast doordash orders when the receipt they use to make the sub literally says “Toasted”.
