My first appointment I made for myself was for 5/16/25 @12:30
I arrived on time. After 10 minutes, a woman came over to where myself and another woman sat. I let her know that I have a appointment at 12:30, she promptly checked with the one I had an appointment with coming back saying it would be just a few more minutes. Forward another 20 minutes I am still waiting!
No thank you no one's services are worth the wait of over an half hour.
We have had our boys there for haircuts as well as my husband, not a bit of a problem.

I have been going to Maggie here for a few years now and wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair! She's super friendly and always cuts my hair the way I want it. Highly recommend.

Everyone that works there is very friendly and personable. I love that I can walk in with a certain hair cut in mind and the stylist will be honest with me if it won't work or look good on me. It's a great place, I recommend them to everyone
