I’m giving Phil 5 stars for working to troubleshoot an account issue. He was so kind and even did something over again because of an oversight on my part. He is kind and helpful. I strongly dislike PNC’s online banking and fees, but the people who work at the Cadiz branch are top notch.

I won't use this bank. Family member had a good sum of money at this bank for a lot of years. Was told the account was inactive and would be shut down and was advised to open a different account with some of the money. Then was charged a FEE for being below a certain balance - in an account opened only to meet their demands in the first place! Staff weren't very sympathetic or helpful. Changing banks. Sad.
