The girls who were there a year or so ago were great but these new ones are ignorant and they don't care if u take your business else where. They dont know how to speak or answer questions. They dont even bother to call u if there's an issue with your insurance. They don't know if they are preferred with your insurance. I was told they don't call insurance companies up to the customer. Their prices are higher than anyone else in the area-they will tell you they are cheaper than the Good RX card, but they are not. I try to give the small business person a chance and my business, but they dont appreciate it. They person i had to deal with has twice been ignorant to me. They 1st time I figured she was having a bad day, but this last time-its her personality to be rude, over talk you-she wont shut her mouth long enough for you to get a word in. She told me she wasnt filling my script and for me to transfer to another pharmacy. Ive been a customer for many years and I've never had an issue with any of them except this one in particular. Amanda the manager is useless as she has no clue of what goes on with anything. The owner of the company was the only one who would listen and he was able to explain to me so that I understood. He has no clue how these girls can be except what they all want to tell him and how its the customer who's always wrong and not them. Go somewhere else.

This pharmacy takes care of you. My prescriptions came to $200 and they were able to help me get them down to about $75. I will always use this pharmacy.

Went here looking for hearing aid batteries. The staff had no idea what they were or if they carried them. An odd vibe to the place. Very few over the counter products. Later heard they had been robbed several times recently.

LOVE Buckeye Pharmacy! We can leave the doctors office and the script is ready when we get there. Easy to refill and again no long waiting time. The employees are the best!

I like this pharmacy because of the small hometown feeling when you are there. No long lines and if you happen to have to wait a few short minutes there are nice little trinkets and candles to browse through as you wait.
