“Huge thank you to Carolyn at store #74 in East Liverpool. If you want to know what true customer service is, just meet her. She spent so much time patiently helping me today. She went above and beyond making sure I got exactly what I wanted at the best price. I hope management gives her some well deserved kudos!”
“I recently visited Milligan Hardware for a tricky plumbing project and walked out not just with the right parts, but with total confidence the job would go smoothly thanks to their outstanding customer service.
From the moment I stepped in, the associate who helped me greeted me with a genuine smile and asked exactly what I was trying to achieve. I explained my leaky drain pipe issue, and instead of pushing the most expensive fix, he walked me through a budget-friendly solution, even sketching a quick diagram on a scrap of paper to show how the parts fit together. His knowledge was impressive—he spotted a potential code issue with my original plan and suggested a compliant alternative without making me feel dumb for not knowing.”

“I love this place. You can't barely get in the door and people are greeting you, seeing if you need help. Not in a pushy way at all, just sweet, super friendly people. Ask for Any kind of help and you've got it. They have whatever I need every single time. 10 out of 10!”
