“On May 7th, I was checking out and the Cashier, Jocelyn greeted me in the most genuine and professional manner that litarally caught me way off guard. She had a smile that captivated her genuine greeting, and I was so impressed that I was compelled to return to the store over an hour later to talk to her manager!
A smile and a professional greeting is not only good for business, but makes a difference in people's lives. Holding several leadership positions in my life, my opinion is to promote and utilize her in a position that will impact customer support the most! I would challenge her and mentor her because there is no doubt that she has unlimited potential in the business field.
