“Brandi was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and kind. I went in one day and talked to her but then I changed my mind because I wasn’t sure if it was the best deal I could find. She completely understood and treated me so respectfully. I realized this is definitely the way I wanted to go and called the store the next day from work asking for whoever had helped me the day before. It was Brandi on the phone and she remembered me and was excited to help me. She was waiting for me when I got off work and she was beyond helpful. She had my phone up and running very quickly. She is by far one of the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. I am so grateful for her kindness and help. Highly recommended!”
