I bought a washer and dryer that supposed to be brand new within less than a ye dryer heating element goes bad . The washer hasn’t worked right since day 1 . They took it said they fixed it with all these parts brought it back months later and still no change in the washer. They just need to replace it with a new washer that I should have in the first place. No new washer should have this much problem. I will never deal with them again after this issue

I like the PLC but the ending price is usually at least DBL the price..but when you live on a fixed income it is a good way to get things..just wish it helped your credit score tho. I need a couch BAD but not going to pay $3000.00 for it tho

I bought a Samsung washer and dryer. Before I paid it off I ask that they send it out for repairs. My washer was not spinning correctly and the dryer was running loud compared to when I first bought it. The wasn’t going to take it at first. Then after I got it back a couple months later and had already paid it off. They gave it back not fixed and busted. They broke the lid to my washer. Now I have to tie it up or hold the lid or it just slams right back down. Said they had to order a part it would be a couple month. Nope never did a thing. Now time for a new washer and dryer and I’ve only had this a few years.

It’s all wonderful until you move to a new house and your tv breaks and they say it’s not covered? That we have to pay the whole thing off and keep a broken tv, when I’m the beginning they said there was a warranty on my bundle of Xbox and tv

People are loosing their jobs right now. Scared how we are going to feed are families but Aaron’s will still make sure they call as a “friendly reminder” your remaining $37 was due yesterday on your washer and dryer.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. They will work with you when you need it because they would much rather the customer be able to keep their stuff than return it. The products are awesome and a great selection. Fair prices too.
