Run away from this company. They will take your money money just like Thrifty Propane and then blow you off if you ask questions or for explanations and documentation.

I would give a -1 if I could. Horrible Customer Service. Is it too much to ask to call an American Company and actually get someone who speaks "English"? Even requesting someone who speaks English did not fix the issue I've had for years now. I tried to remain a loyal customer once the company changed hands but whoever is running this company now needs to find another job because you suck at this one. Don't bother replying and asking me to send an e-mail to "rectify" the issue because I've heard it all before and it's all Lies. I'm done. Once my tanks have been depleted I will be requesting their ugly tanks be removed (which they have never once maintained/cleaned/painted for me), I've done all this myself. Done with the excuses. I don't write reviews but this time it was called for.

After asking countless times for someone to let me know when my delivery would be scheduled for or a text, yet again the driver showed up and my dogs were out. Luckily again I was able to catch the driver and explain that I will get my dogs in so he can deliver the propane. This is beyond frustrating. The old driver used to give me a call when he was on his way so I could have my dogs in ( I have a fence around my yard where the propane tank is located). I think I will start shopping for a more accommodating propane service.

Never had this heat before, when he came he was prompt, explain how to read the meter, and was quick to fill the tank. Fastest service, friendly , employee, and I will recommend amerigas to my friends and family.

Terrible customer service. Can barely understand the person on the other line. Need people who speak English!!! Will be switching to a new supplier very soon. Have had so many customer service issues that took months and a lot of time for resolve.

I have never seen a company treat their customers with less care than this one, they promise a refill after delaying over a week and then don’t even arrive on the day promised. Even if your home is completely out of propane they still treat you like this

Amerigas is our most inconsistent and unreliable vendor. If we had an option for suppliers, we'd switch in a second. We've consistently been down to our last fuel tank and had to call to hear that there isn't a driver in our area for days. We were on an every other week delivery schedule and it mysteriously got switched to once every 3 months. We were almost shut down for being out of fuel for our forklifts. When called, we were assured we'd get a delivery within the next couple days. 4 days went by and we had to call again only to be told that they didn't have record of our previous call. Terrible

I write this message with significant concern regarding the service I've received from AmeriGas over the past four months. I have encountered numerous challenges in securing an appointment for a technician to assess a persistent issue with a chattering secondary valve in my propane system.Repeatedly, my efforts to schedule an appointment have been met with the statement that there were no available appointments or no technicians servicing my area. Furthermore, I was unable to acquire a contact number for my local AmeriGas office in an attempt to resolve the issue directly.Communication has been primarily with call center representatives, whom I understand are based in India. While I appreciate their attempts to assist, it seems their training scripts lack the detailed problem-solving capabilities needed for my specific issue. Regrettably, this resulted in several inconclusive conversations, often ending with an unfulfilled promise to call back later. After enduring these challenges for three months, I requested AmeriGas to remove its equipment from my premises. This led to a referral to your 'Conflict Resolution Team', who were expected to contact me within 2-4 hours. However, despite a follow-up from my end after 5 hours, the promised return call did not materialize within the day. Finally, during one of my subsequent calls, a proactive call center representative successfully scheduled a technician visit. While I appreciated the progress, I was disappointed to experience a delay of one and a half hours beyond the agreed appointment window, with no courtesy call to indicate the late arrival. The technician changed the primary and secondary regulators but was unable to resolve the chattering issue. To my dismay, they suggested that the chattering might be part of the secondary valve's normal operation. As a consumer who relies on propane, I was left feeling uncertain hearing the 'expert' express doubt about what constitutes normal operation.Overall, my interactions with AmeriGas have suggested a model of customer service that emphasizes minimal effort, including outsourcing customer interaction to a third-party contractor abroad and withholding local contacts for more direct, efficient issue resolution. This model, in my experience, does not align with the standards of customer service one would expect from a reputable company.I hope that this feedback will lead to a review of the current practices, and I look forward to a constructive solution to my propane system's ongoing issue.
