Took our Honda Odyssey in for an alignment. FDW, LDW, and traction control light immediately started going off when we drove away. Which we were told it was no big deal it was because they didn't have a special tool ..... The car still pulled left not hard but noticable. The pull slowly got worse
Come to find out after take my it to a dealership the tie rod ends are shot and pulling threads. Why weren't we told this from the begining when I took it to this shop?
Do not get your car worked on at this establishment. You in for headaches after you leave and more money out of you pocket.
This is the reason people do not trust mechanics.

This place is great!! I needed a tire put on ASAP and they got us in right away and got my car done within about 15 minutes; they have way better service than Walmart does and the price wasn’t bad!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a tire put on quickly and efficiently.

Great service fixing my flat tire. Rolled to me in 10 minutes. Inflated flat and led me back to the shop...30 minutes later they'd patched my flat and i got to watch an old western on the tv in the lounge. Price was half what i expected. Cambridge Ohio is a charming place too...well worth a half day if your passing through.

My daughter was coming home to Western PA last Friday and started having car trouble around Zanesville. She was trying to get it as close to home as possible and made it to Cambridge. We sent her to Buckeye Tire Pros based on a recommendation from the folks at Auto Zone. It was a wonderful experience. They were fast, honest and kind. As a young lady traveling alone they could have taken advantage but they treated her like gold. And the cost was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

They used to be trust worthy not anymore. Said my husband and I needed ball joints in his GMC and my jeep when I just had mine replaced in September. Said the ball joints were old in both vehicles, we took our business to Tony's in port Washington and guess what? didn't need a damn thing in either vehicle. I also didn't have to second guess if my alignment was done correctly at tonys, like I did here. Tried to quote both TOGETHER around 2,500
We only paid 200 at tonys for both vehicles. Will not ever come back.

Extremely over-torqued lug nuts, seemed intentional. Caliper piston was completely unscrewed which caused an unnoticeable leak that fully bled the brake lines, seemed intentional. Left caliper completely detached but left bolts screwed into it, seemed intentional. Spent an hour today fixing their mistakes on my mother’s vehicle, and this isn’t the first time we’ve had to go behind them either.

They broke my oil pan on my Durango then proceeded to tell me they don't make those types of repairs. They caused my vehicle to be undrivable being a single mother with cancer losing our vehicle is a catastrophic loss that is now preventing me from receiving treatment. I contacted attorney general regarding my truck and buckeye tire plus refused to make it right. As soon as I can figure out how to post attorney general letter I will so that everyone can see what kind of business this is. As an African American living in Cambridge Ohio this kind of treatment is no surprise we are subject to purposeful acts of destruction and discrimination on a regular basis.

Best tire shop ever. They treat you like family & prices are incredibly fair. I abuse my truck so Im here a lot. Now my daughter has started driving so we are teaching her car care. Connor & team even helps her with patience & care when she comes on her own. I really appreciate these guys!
