They broke my oil pan on my Durango then proceeded to tell me they don't make those types of repairs. They caused my vehicle to be undrivable being a single mother with cancer losing our vehicle is a catastrophic loss that is now preventing me from receiving treatment. I contacted attorney general regarding my truck and buckeye tire plus refused to make it right. As soon as I can figure out how to post attorney general letter I will so that everyone can see what kind of business this is. As an African American living in Cambridge Ohio this kind of treatment is no surprise we are subject to purposeful acts of destruction and discrimination on a regular basis.

Best tire shop ever. They treat you like family & prices are incredibly fair. I abuse my truck so Im here a lot. Now my daughter has started driving so we are teaching her car care. Connor & team even helps her with patience & care when she comes on her own. I really appreciate these guys!

I waited in their store front for my tires to be replaced. As far as I could tell there were no hidden fees. The price that was quoted over the phone to my husband is what I was charged. There is a 12 month warranty on the tires with BT and I believe he said up to 60,000 from the manufacturer. The staff was professional and friendly. I'm very pleased with the service provided to me.

We were traveling through Ohio needed a inner dual value stem replaced while at a campground. Tech was prompt, informative and polite. This was our 2nd valve issue on this trip... this repair was cheaper and more efficient than a Tech in Virginia.

This place truly deserves 5 stars. I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon not long before they closed and the staff was, not only, willing to help but was extremely kind in the process. They explained the options for tires in a very honest and practical manner, and assisted me in making the best decision for my car. Lastly, they got my tire changed and ready to go in a very short amount of time. Shoutout to all the employees at the Cambridge Buckeye Tire!

My hats off to the guys from Buckeye for their response getting us out of a bad situation with our motorhome. Had a blowout and trying to get it fix got no help from the local RV shopOne call to Buckeye and first thing in the morning their men were on site and did a great job getting us road worthy.Can not thank you guys enough and thanks again for a professional job.

Me and my family are on a cross country trip with our fifth wheel RV. We had a tire blowout in western PA. We called around to find a local shop that could get us four new tires same day but no one had the tires we needed in stock. Buckeye was the only place within 100 miles. I called them on a Saturday morning and explained the situation and they told me if I could get in before they close at 12 PM, they could take care of me. Driving on the spare tire, we raced in to the shop and got there at 11:55. I felt terrible but the guys got all four tires replaced in about 20 minutes.I was in a desperate situation and Buckeye Tire Pros took care of me, even staying after close on a Saturday to get me and my family back on the road. These guys are great.
