Called to get information regarding renting equipment on 2 separate occasions. One time we were given a quote on the phone then when we went to actually rent the saw, the price was way higher then the phone price. Called today to rent an excavator and was told they rented them out. We get there to rent one just to be told they don't rent them out anymore. Phone and location information needs to be the same!

I've been a customer of Ormes for many years and you just can't beat the small town customer care! I often need unusual items and it seems they always have something that will take care of my need. I don't think I've ever seen such an organized and well-thought-out hardware store. Ruth always is efficient and knows how to treat customers. Lorrie is very personable and just a helpful person. As with any busy store in this day and age is going to have glitches in their help, but Ormes consistently gives great service and you know you will be back again!

Don’t expect a easy answer for a easy question about Stihl chainsaws that they carry. Today’s answer “was not off the top of my head.” I should have never bought from a company that knows nothing about their products

Was in need of a sander for flooring. Instead of admitting he didn't know, clerk reccomended the wrong sander. Took 3 times as long and a money pit in sand paper later. Not to mention we had to extend the rental time for the equipment.

Orme Hardware you ought to be ashamed of yourself for how bad your business has gotten. The employees at this location especially management are extremely unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Great hardware store. WORTHLESS stihl dealer. I dont understand the point of having a stihl dealer inside the orme that is only there on friday and saturday. I called at 4:30 on a friday to make sure dealer would be there. I was told dealer would be there until 7pm. So I drive 20 minutes just to get there at 6pm and find out that the dealer left at 5pm??? in the future I will be sure to go to ANY OTHER stihl dealer!

Very unhappy with customer service. Waited 20 minutes for service y the fella was waiting on another customer an then he was more concerned about customer that just walked in the stihl department. Well that one sale they missed out on . Not looking promising on ever going back .
