The salesman craig, was outstanding i really enjoyed dealing with him .... The finance officer on the other hand was less than a joy to deal with there were multiple times when I couldn't understand what he was directing me to do as far as signing papers with my fingers and as to where to specifically sign as the print was very small on top of that once I told him I declined the gap insurance he indicated that I was quote living on the edge I really did not enjoy being in the room with him ...... In my opinion they could do a lot better than this dude

Excellent customer service, prices, and easy transfer/ documents, etc. with trade in. Everyone here was very helpful/ knowledgeable. The truck is in pristine condition. Pokey Zilka was an excellent sales person who helped to get everything exactly how I wanted it as far as payments go! 5 stars all day!

This was my first experience with this dealership, staff was courteous but I feel that because of the situation I was in and limited on options at this time I was sold a truck I was interested in without guiding me towards other options as well. I'm praying that it doesn't cost me in the long run.

I bought a new 2026 Ram 3500 from Kaden Whaley. Both Dunning and Kaden were really great to work with. I flew in from Southern Minnesota so Kaden made sure everything was squared away and ready to go as soon as I got there. He also offered to send a driver to Columbus to pick us up from the airport. This was the first new vehicle I have bought and was all around a great experience. No one pushed me to purchase anything more than I wanted. I told Kaden what I wanted and that is what he sold me, nothing more. If I wasn't 850 miles away, I would happily be a return customer.

I took my vehicle to Dunning Moters to have repairs made to my 2025 Silverado EV because the computer controlled steering had failed me they said they could not do EV work at this time because they did not have EV service people yet they had several ev vehicles on their sales lot I thought that sounded strange that they could sell EVS but not repair them
