I had a great experience buying a vehicle here. Answered all the questions I had in detail, I ended up texting Chad at like 10 o’clock at night because I had more questions and he quickly replied😂 I came and saw vehicle next day and test drove it. I bought a Volkswagen Jetta with only 37,000 miles on it for a great price and they even went down in price for paying cash! Process of buying car was very smooth and quick! Car was immaculate when it came to cleanliness! Great dealership and will definitely look for vehicles here in the future! Thank you guys, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

No matter what previous reviews say.
1 choice to do bad business makes each purchaser after me at risk.
I bought a high mile suburban.
Within 45 days, the engine is leaking front and back, muffler smoking, pistons tapping. Blew Engine.
Paid 7000.00 for car, 12000.00 to fix.
Im on a 5yr year loan.
The response from Jet, I took a chance with a car that had high miles.
My response to a new buyer...

So I went and looked at a vehicle and the dealership said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, so I trusted him and bought the car, not even the very next day all 4 tires are down to 15 PSI when the dealership promised to do maintenance, so I had it looked at and to my surprise all 4 tires and rims where ruined, I was told the guy who had it before me was doing burnouts, donuts and riding the car extremely hard. So we had to pay $2000 for a new set, then not even 2 weeks after buying the vehicle engine blows up. These guys will do anything to sell you a vehicle even if that means there are problems they will decline all problems and blame you for doing it, making you pay for everything. Absolute scum bags. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY TAKE CARS FROM AUCTION THAT ARE CHEAP AND THEY CLEAR ALL THE CODES SO IT LOOKS GOOD!
To your response, you guys sold me the vehicle with the burnout marks on the tires, you guys fulled sold me the car with all 4 cracked rims. I know right before I arrived you guys filled all 4 tires up because you knew they were blown tires. Absolute scam fest please save your money and go somewhere else, I’ve never done a single burnout in the car because it’s AWD which means the only possible way of doing them is in snow and at the time of my purchase there hadn’t been any snow in over 7 months. You also stated that I was doing burnouts and I was doing donuts, I addressed these problems with the vehicle the day after we purchased it, we bought the car around 7PM and that next morning I had it checked out, so doing burnouts and dragging the car like your claiming is completely impossible ? PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLES FROM HERE!!! IVE DUMPED OVER $6000 OF MY HARD EARNWD MONEY JUST TO GET IT FIXED.

Very rude staff, went and looked at a car that was listed as perfect condition, I drove 2.5 hours to go look at it, when I arrived it was horrible, hail damage on the hood, rusted rotors, completely different car

Super easy to work with. No hidden fees, or runaround like a traditional dealership. We drove over an hour and the car was exactly as expected and advertised. They were not pushy, and had me in and out very fast! 10/10 Highly recommend!

Not good experience at all I got a 2017 Buick and I have had trouble from the start with it engine light keeps coming on the car will not pick up speed and less u put the gas feed to the floor. I told them to take it back they told me they would make it good they sent it to dunnings motors and it’s still the same no better now I have to fixs it my self will never go back to Jet auto

Never get a car at jet auto we went to check out a Monte Carlo and they said it is a great car we'll they said that it is drivable we it's not the power steering pump is out and they could not even get the car open and then we went to check out a suv and he said the whole rear end needed placed I do not recommend them to no one they are a big joke I could sue them for false advertising
