Parsons collision was excellent to work with. From the first time I called, all the way to picking up my vehicle. The entire process was stress free !I previously lived in Florida and have only had 1 (perfectionist) person work on my vehicles, so although they came highly recommended, I was skeptical.They dealt directly with the insurance company to ensure that the required repairs were made and corners weren't cut. They had my car repaired and ready for pick up in the time frame given and it was clean inside & out !Very honest & dependableI would absolutely recommend them for any auto body repairs.

They are fantastic to work with. I’ve been there twice now ?. Seriously though, they do a wonderful job and I picked up my car a day earlier than expected and it was super clean and shiny. 6/5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After damage to my driver side from a side swipe accident and then the front being backed into a month later, Parsons made my 2020 Escape look like it did the day I drove it off of the lot! Extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. Parsons was recommended to me, and I will be recommending them to anyone needing auto repair, top quality body work, my vehicle looked better than it did when I got it! So happy with the quality work, and with Derrick that constantly had to deal with an insurance company that wasn't easy to work with with at all! He always had my back and looks out for his clients best interest always putting them at ease, but we finally got it done and it was so worth the wait! Thank you Parsons Collision for the best experience ever! I know where I'm going if I ever need body work done again!

Very high tech tools and very fast services ! Respond very quickly and dealt with the insurance company and tow company them self . Couldnt ask for anything better out of a body shop !

These guys are awesome! I got in a little fender bender and was unable to open my door. I went there for an estimate to replace the fender but it would have been to expensive for me to repair. they were quick to find another solution and able to get my door to open in less than 10 minutes. They were super nice and professional. I will be taking any repair needs i have in the future to them. Highly recommend this business!
