We need to protect good local businesses.
A friend and her young child were stranded when their car stalled on the highway. While sitting on the off-ramp with traffic flying by, we tried calling her insurance company and got stuck in an automated system quoting $400 for a tow, no human, no urgency, and no help in a stressful situation.
I searched for a local company and called Pine Tree Towing. Ron (owner) was honest from the start. When I asked if he had a mechanic nearby (they tow to), he said he didn’t and even offered to refer us to another company. That level of transparency immediately stood out. I asked his rate, and he gave us a flat price that was half of what the insurance company quoted. They also accepted Venmo, which made things much easier.
Mike, the driver, arrived quickly and was professional, calm, and genuinely kind. He invited me to sit in his warm truck as a winter storm approached and handled the tow efficiently on a narrow off-ramp. He went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel manageable.
This experience was a reminder that real people still matter. Ron and Mike showed up when it counted, treated us fairly, and didn’t take advantage of a difficult moment. I can’t recommend Ron & Mike's company enough!

Thanks Dustin and TJ. 120 miles or so. Jeep and trailer. Turned out we had a broken frame, the vehicle was out of commission - period. 10 pm, nowhere, Ohio. Thanks for the lift, we appreciate it :D

On Thanksgiving we broke down on our way to dinner with me my fiance and 5 kids, there mechanic came out to do the tow, and was super nice to all of us, had to skip his own meal, and got us home safely with good conversation. Thank you

Solid company. Extremely fast response time. I had Dave, solid guy. Professional and actually had a conversation with me the entire time. Taught me a few things also. Would absolutely recommend them for towing/recovery and service needs!

Do not hesitate to call these guys, they will get you out a bind. I had a service truck go down, these guys had it on a hook with in an hour and in the wind for two hours, which allowed me to get to my other truck to provide my services to my customer. The price was more than fair. They quoted me a price and didn’t have any “surprise upcharges”. Even had some laughs on the 2hr ride back with Connor. These guys helped me out on a bad day and I’m sure if you give them a chance they will help you also

Used their services. A bit pricey for what they provided. Got into an altercation with my driver and just towed the truck back to their yard. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the lady that processed the billing was extremely polite and understanding of the situation. The payment process is not easy. Only except fleetchecks or zelle. No card payments.

I was towed by Chris Conner tonight who is a consummate professional. It’s always an unnerving feeling, when your truck breaks down. Then, you have to wait for the tow truck to come and hope they know what they’re doing. The experience tonight was nothing short of perfect. Chris arrived well within the estimated time frame given by the dispatcher and got to work right away. He was very pleasant and personable, safely getting my semi truck and trailer to the dealership. This is a great company.

so to estimate we called at around 5 we were told it would take 45 minutes to an hour, which is ridiculous over an hour called should be 20 to 25 minutes still waiting after that then after the two hour mark they finally showed up to unlock the car and told us if the card declined They were going to take the car which they had no right in my opinion, but yeah, I don’t recommend these people to anyone

Should be renamed UpCharge services!!Had leveling valve go out needed road side service. $806 for a $365 part, $800 labor for a 45 min job!! Yes I understand there is time involved going to Volvo to get the part and to get out to my location. Mechanic was not knowledgeable and put it in wrong had to redo it, and I had to use my scrap hose and a coupler because he had nothing to reattach one of the lines because it was to short. It still doesn’t work properly.Over all super disappointed ????

On May 29, 2023 my HotShot trailer broke down an Tex came out He was GREAT he arrive in 45 mins went straight to the issue and fixed my trailer within two hours. the receptionist was GREAT on the phone, and I cant say enough about this companies customer service. It was a pleasure using them.ThanksWilliams
