I called there today and I was on hold 12 minutes and then they hung up on me. I was asking an important question and they don't care. Did they call me back or anything. I think they should have called me back.

U suck I am an alcoholic and trying to recover but you can't give me the drugs I need because you are short pills. I hate you and you're horrible never say you were sorry I need those medications but you're horrible people I had to drink to help myself . Ridiculous

Rite Aid is our favorite pharmacy. We like the location of the store in Cambridge, Ohio. The store is clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Very clean store with friendly associates. It is within walking distance to my home, I am there often and have never had a bad experience and always find what I am looking for. I also get all my yearly shots there with very little wait time. I would recommend putting a trash can beside or close to the blood pressure machine so there is a place to dispose of the whips used when cleaning it off.

I like the rite aid. They have my medicine and good foot powder. Bacon cost $12lb! INSANITY!

I will never choose Cambridge Rite Aid as my pharmacy nor recommend it to anyone else. Every experience I’ve ever had picking up prescriptions from there has been awful. Beyond disgusted with the pharmacy staff.

The staff today went above and beyond to process my order. I could tell they were short staffed just by looking around. Honestly I don’t know how they are keeping the pace but I appreciate them!

Making my father wait almost a month to get his medicine. He has bedridden for many days, and has miss out on many events that he wanted to go to. I can understand waiting for medicine, but holding my father for almost an entire month without his essential medicine is horrible.
