I was not impressed with this dealership in any way. I contacted them about a car I was interested in for my daughter and told them I would be driving about two hours to come and look at the car and they said they would hold it for me till I got there. Upon arrival they informed me that someone was test driving the car and I would have to wait but I would have first chance to buy the car. After test driving the car I looked underneath to find what appeared to be a tent stake hanging from the car. I asked the salesman to look at it to see if he knew what was hanging from the car and he got snobby with me and said I could pick apart a used car all day long. After pleading with him to just humor meto have a look, he finally got down and he quickly grabbed it and said he wasn’t sure what it was but it wasn’t supposed to be there. I decided to purchase the car and found out they did not accept credit cards for purchases. The salesman assured me that he knew nothing wrong with the car that would keep anyone from driving it. They didn’t put any gas in the car and the gas light was on. He was pretty sure I could make it to the gas station but said they keep the bathrooms locked at the gas station, he thinks because of drug use in the area, which was real assuring on a place I would want to get gas.
I didn’t even make it home before the check engine light came on and the car started fluttering. Once home I had the check engine light reset and when I drove it the next time the light came on again after not driving for thirty minutes. It turned out to be a bad thermostat, so I paid to have it replaced and then the check engine light came on yet again this time for a plugged catalytic converter. I don’t believe there is no way that the check engine light was not turned off before I bought the car.

We just bought a tundra with them had a great experience in the buying process. After getting it home and driving it the next day we were experiencing problems. So I called him that evening he got back to me pretty quickly he gave me some suggestions to try to fix the problem also said if we could get it to them they would take a look at it and help resolve it. But I tried what he suggested drove it all the next day stop and go for a few hours and it helped resolve the issue which was awesome. I had called him the next day and he was still willing to take care of the problem and help me out. But I was more than willing to take care of it myself. because one it wasn’t a high cost to fix and just for the fact I have never had a dealer treat me as well as they have. that means a lot just in itself. So without a doubt I will highly recommend them and I will go back if I need another vehicle even if it’s not exactly what I want. just for the simple fact of the excellent customer service.

These guys are some genuine good hearted people! My husband and I were looking at vehicles at their lot this morning, when my husbands vehicle wouldn’t start. They came over right away and stuck by us and worked on his car and fixed it up so that it would start again. I don’t know how many car dealerships would do that for a complete stranger but I’d say probably not many! After that we decided to browse a little more and we didn’t feel pushed or pressured at all the whole time we were there. They have a great selection of nice looking vehicles and great prices on them too! If you’re looking for real, honest and caring people buy from them and avoid other shady car salesman!

I was sold a Rav4. Was slowly leaking oil and eventually blew up my engine. The light never came on. I took to mechanic they said it was completely out of oil and the sensor was turned off. They told me they did a full workup before I bought it so they knew and still sold it to me. $1200 for new engine b4 labor costs.

2012 Honda CR-V. My wife and I have never been so impressed with a car dealer. This family owned business is professional, honest and really puts the customer first. The most stress free and beyond accommodating car buying experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely check this lot before I buy anywhere else. I can’t say enough about how much we love these guys. Seriously.

I needed something for the wife to drive that I didn't have to work on and didn't really know what I wanted. They were very helpful and patient with my pickiness on vehicles. Test drove several of their cars on the lot and all wasn't bad. Great bunch of people to deal with. Looking forward to dealing with them soon!!!

Kenny and his sons have a great business here. They provide a significantly better experience than your typical large dealership. They are not pushy in the least.
