I have been attended to by many different counter personnel over the years and I can honestly say there's only one who is pleasant. All of the others have been short, curt, and dismissive. I recently closed my accounts and moved to another bank - just because of the poor attitude of most of the employees.

The people and service do a really good job. The facility looks nice and always clean; it's just too small.
