This store is amazing! Ryne and Jordan are my go to employees anytime I need something with my phone. They always go above and beyond to help and are always so friendly and caring. The new store looks great as well!!!

I am completely appalled and dissatisfied with the service received at this Victra location.On 11/22/23, I went into the store due to having troubles with my mobile jetpack and dealt with store manager Ryne. I told him I tried contacting Verizon's customer service numerous times and kept getting an call transfer error message after successfully going through the automated system prompts. I also brought in the mobile jetpack, in hopes that there was something he would be able to assist on a more technical aspect. Standard operating procedures, he asked for my telephone number to gain access to my account which triggered the text message with the link to authorize access. I clicked the link and Ryne placed my jetpack on a store charger in attempts to get the device to turn on while connected to the power source. He stated the device was unresponsive and I needed to contact customer service myself to get the issue fixed or the device replaced. I informed him that this will be the 4th request for a replacement device and I was not happy that these devices do not last. He suggested that either I pay off my current device balance and purchase a new one in the store or call customer service.Frustration mounting, I asked him how many months I had remaining on my service agreement until I can cancel all 5 lines altogether and he was quick to inform me I can cancel at any time; all I would need to do is contact customer service because they cannot cancel services at his location. He went through my account and gave me the dollar amounts I would need to pay should I choose that route and stated that the closest corporate store location is New Philadelphia. I thanked him for his time and walked away. Shortly thereafter, I quickly returned to this Cambridge store having still not being able to get through to customer service and asked him for a better phone number for customer service in which he provided it to me.On 11/27/23 I received an email from Verizon that stated my account change notice was available. I didn't think anything of it as I thought to myself maybe it was due to the fact that I recently did the device return/replacement. Then I started getting text messages about finish setting up a Walmart+ account. I thought it was spam. I deleted and reported it as junk but other users on my account stated they were getting the same messages which prompted me to take a look at my Verizon account.To my surprise, there were UNAUTHORIZED services added to my account. I called customer service on 11/5/23 and spoke with a CSR at length who informed me that the changes were requested on 11/27/23. I told her to remove and delete them because I DID NOT request them. I logged into my Verizon account and found a document from the Victra Cambridge store on 11/22/23 with an effective date of 11/27/23. At no point in time did I ask Ryne to add Walmart+, 2TB Cloud Storage, 100GB Mobile Hotspot and to reduce my jetpack plan to 15GB. I returned to the store on 12/6/2023 to find out why I have a service document in my Verizon account stating that these items were added without my authorization.While speaking with Ryne, he was extremely condescending, demeaning and passive-aggressive with me. He asked for my phone number and wanted me to click the link to authorize access to my account and I told him the last time I did that with him there were fraudulent charges on my account so I am hesitant in doing so. He said "If you wont allow me access, I cant see what the problem is to fix it." I asked him to allow me to finish voicing my complaint and he said to me "If your going to be like that then I will have to ask you to leave." I asked him how the services were added to my account and he stated it could've been a "System Glitch."If this completely unethical and frankly illegal way the store manager Ryne, is choosing to lead a team & do business in hopes to make quota or a Christmas bonus then my rating of 1 star is far too high for this location. Jordan was amazing. I went in with my older parents who are not technically savvy and she was so patient and so helpful. She made them feel at ease and comfortable with their choices and even provided them with notes to take home with them as reminders of how to do things. She was AWESOME!!!! Thanks Jordan! You rock, girl!

Huge shoutout to Sam at Victra for her help in getting my new phone set up when your company (Verizon) expects everyone to do their own. Nice to know a local business will help out customers when Verizon doesn't feel the need. She was extremely helpful in making everything right. Kudos to you Sam. Much appreciated.
